1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the return window.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process:

  1. Email us at return@kantaart.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  3. Our team will verify and guide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.


4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process and mention that you’d like an exchange.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. If the product has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible for cancellations.
